Refund policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy for eligible items purchased through the Malbon Philippines website (malbon.com.ph). This means you may request an exchange within 30 days from the purchase date, provided the item meets all the criteria below.

Please note: Items purchased from the Malbon US website are not eligible for exchange through Malbon Philippines.

Change of Mind

We do not allow exchanges for change of mind. This includes situations where a customer purchases Item A and wishes to exchange it for a different item (Item B). Exchanges are only accommodated for eligible size or defect-related concerns that meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags are attached

  • Item is in its original packaging with a clear and untampered waybill sticker

  • Customer provides the email receipt from Malbon Philippines

  • Request is made within 30 days of purchase

  • Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Item is an apparel item only (accessories, shoes, and golf bags are final sale)

  • Items on sale are considered final sale

All items purchased during promotional or sale periods are considered final sale. As such, these items are not eligible for exchange, including size exchanges, returns, or refunds. Please ensure that all details (e.g., size, color, and quantity) are correct before completing your purchase.

Failure to meet any of these criteria will result in the forfeiture of eligibility for exchange.

To start an exchange, contact us at support@malbon.com.ph with your email receipt and a photo of the item showing its tags, packaging, and waybill sticker. Approved exchanges must be sent to the following address:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We only process refunds for items that are proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt. Please note that we do not honor refunds for change of mind or incorrect size orders.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Price Matching Policy
Our Price Matching Policy is subject to change without notice. Malbon reserves the right to refuse any price match request that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

Warranty
Malbon does not offer a general warranty on items. If customers receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting . Each case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
