Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In the event of a high volume of orders or delays due to external factors (e.g. courier issues, weather, holidays), processing times may be extended.

Tracking Information
After your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be shared with you. In some cases, it may take up to 3 business days for the tracking details to appear on the courier’s website.
